Flexi’s experienced staff has developed an implementation methodology called RAPID, which ensures a fast, efficient, and successful implementation. The RAPID implementation methodology has five basic steps:

R - Requirements are gathered
A - Analysis of the requirements to determine how best to implement
P - Prototype the recommended solution and gain approval
I - Implement the approved prototype
D - Deploy the applications and train the users

Training and Education
